Guests

One stay link for instructions and requests

Guests get a tokenized portal per booking: instructions, FAQs, maps, time-change requests, mid-stay cleaning with Stripe, and issue reports — without creating an Oordio account. You approve or decline from the host app; bookings and cleaners stay in sync.

How features connect to real bookings

Bookings land from Airbnb, connected PMS platforms (Hostaway, Guesty, OwnerRez, Lodgify), Vrbo, Booking.com, or iCal. Confirmed stays become jobs. Assignment offers flow primary to backup to marketplace when you allow it. Guest links are generated per stay so guests only see what you publish for that property.
