Steps in when the primary declines or times out — still a private relationship, still zero platform fee on that payment path.
Marketplace
Optional sequential offers to ranked cleaners when your private bench cannot take the job — gated by your property settings.
Offer window
Time-bound acceptance windows that shrink as checkout approaches so there is always runway to recover.
