Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every host starts with a 15-day free Pro trial — no credit card required. During the trial you can run real cleaning assignments and guest stay links. When it ends you can stay on the free plan or choose a paid plan. New workspaces also get 30 days of guest stay portal access. The live plan cards below are authoritative for current terms.
What changes between Free, Starter, Pro, and Business?
Free covers one property with core automation and a time-limited guest portal trial for new workspaces. Starter adds backup flow, interval cleanings, advanced analytics, and full guest stay portal for up to 3 properties and one owner seat (no marketplace). Pro adds marketplace when your team is unavailable, up to 10 properties and 3 team seats. Business scales to up to 50 active properties (typical ~20–50 listings), ten seats for operations/finance/VAs, exports, and API access — subscribe in the app (web or mobile). The plan grid below is authoritative — narrative sections provide context only.
How do cleaner payments interact with plans?
Stripe still moves money for completed jobs; plan differences are about host-side features and scale — read the payments blog post linked from the plan cards for the money story.
Can I switch billing period later?
Use the monthly vs yearly toggle in the pricing UI. Yearly usually includes a discount when offered.
